Things to know before we deliver...
Before Delivery

Requirements:
-
The truck needs about 60 feet to drop off and drive away from the container. The area also needs to be accessible by a large truck.
-
The ground needs to be suitable to hold a container and debris without sinking or moving.
-
Our driver must be made aware of any security checkpoints, gates, or other things that may limit access to the drop off area.
-
No hazardous or prohibited items in the container.
-
Do not overfill the container. Contents must remain below the lip of the container.
-
Be mindful of the final weight. Weight limits are posted when ordering. Certain heavy materials may require a special container. Please let us know if you have heavy debris.

If we are unable to make a drop off, you will still be charged applicable fees for any of the following reasons:

-
Waste or debris blocking the drop off area.
-
If the drop off area is too small.
-
Unable to gain access to the drop off area due to not being able to pass gates or other security blocks.
-
Not moving any vehicles or other objects blocking the drop off area.
-

-
If no contact is made during drop off and the drop off is not clearly identified.
